Overview

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team. Located in Tulsa, OK, this role offers flexible working hours and the chance to work directly with the Controller. This opportunity opened up due to internal promotion and company growth. If you are tech-savvy, driven, and have a knack for numbers, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries
  • Prepare journal entries for multiple entities
  • Maintain daily cash activity and general ledger trial balances
  • Participate in monthly and year-end financial close processes
  • Manage vendor and customer correspondence
  • Compile travel data for sustainability reporting
  • Assist the Controller with accounting and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable work experience
  • 3–5 years minimum experience in accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global manufacturing companies
  • Master's degree or CPA certification
  • Knowledge of AI-automation tools
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Understanding of reporting and financial statements
