The role is open due to growth and offers potential for advancement into a controller position. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team in a laid-back, family-oriented environment. Your primary focus will be on managing financials for a new restaurant franchise, ensuring smooth payroll and AP/AR operations.
Compensation: $28 - $30 /hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage payroll and accounts payable/receivable
- Support financial operations across multiple entities
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with team members on various projects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- BA degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a construction or franchise environment
- Familiarity with financial software and tools
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
