We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accountant to join our rapidly growing Company. This position will report to Senior Finance Manager and work closely with internal teams and external parties to deliver financial results and report in accordance with US GAAP for several entities. In addition to completing monthly financial reporting the position will also be responsible for some accounts payable and other operational accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years working experience in accounting.
• Responsible for full cycle of accounts payable function.
• Oversee the use of company credit cards, verify receipts, and reconcile statements.
• Enter the transactions in the finance system after performing cost center allocations before the required deadline.
• Process and review expense reports in Concur, ensure expense transactions follow the companys T&E policy. (Travel & Expense).
• Responsible for T&E policy update, expense report processing and audit, and report red flags to Sr. Finance Manager.
• Analyze, accrue, and prepare the appropriate journal entry for month end closing.
• Process vendor credit application, request and maintain record of W-9 information, 1099 reporting.
• Prepare expense reimbursement list before the required payroll deadline.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts, such as prepaids, certain payroll liability accounts, intercompany, etc. for the Company.
• Prepare and record journal entries for the Corporate General Ledgers.
• Provides financial information to support audits, tax preparation, and other corporate requests.
• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Manage annual audit and dealings with external auditors, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Play a key role in the planning and execution of Accounts Payable and other system upgrades and enhancements, as well as integrations between information systems, including accounting system.
• Complete other work assignments as described by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or similar degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
• CPA License or MBA a plus.
• Experience in working with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Knowledge of commercial tax, financial statements, excel formulas, and reporting structures.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Experience of fixed assets accounting.
• Knowledge of Concur App is a plus.
• Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
• Travel up to 30% domestic and international.
• The base pay range for this role is between $74,537.00 to $104,352.00 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
