We’ve partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to support their expanding finance team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong technical skills and a passion for process improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for manufacturing operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, including variance and cost analyses
• Assist with audit preparation and address technical accounting matters
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams to improve systems and processes
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of experience in related field (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on ERP system experience (manufacturing ERP a plus)
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and standard costing methods
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus
