Senior Accountant – Manufacturing | Onsite | North Nashville | Up to $100,000

A well-established manufacturing company in North Nashville is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This fully onsite role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with strong leadership and long-term career potential.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze cost accounting data and support inventory valuation and reporting
• Prepare financial statements and assist with internal and external audits
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align financial reporting with production metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
