Primary Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory reporting, and margin analysis.
• Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close cycles.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
