$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Property Accountant - Boston, MA

Our client, a real estate developer, operator and investment manager, is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team! This position can be either remote or onsite, depending on candidate location and preference. The Property Accountant will report directly to the Director of Accounting and be responsible for the following:

• Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations
• Understand and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Manage, analyze and audit general ledger
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed
• Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in commercial real estate industry is a plus!
• Property Accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Experience using Yardi is a plus
