Key Responsibilities

• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 36 years of progressive accounting experience (mix of public and industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
