Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities Of The Staff Accountant

• Analyze and process financial data for multiple client locations including schools and service centers.
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger and bank accounts.
• Record deposits, process payments, and assist with payroll processing.
• Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and schedules for review.
• Support compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/FASB) and internal policies.

Qualifications Of The Staff Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Staff or Senior Accountant position. Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
