We are a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm offering tax, audit, consulting, and business advisory services to clients in a wide variety of industries. Due to our continued growth, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team of professionals in providing superior client services. This position will allow you to grow and develop with a wide variety of projects and services. We offer training and education opportunities and provide prospects for advancement.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the accounting and finance needs for multiple clients, varying in size and complexity.
• Oversee the preparation of general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements in conformity with GAAP.
• Regular communication with clients to review their financial and accounting activities.
• Complete and manage various accounting related projects for multiple clients.
• Manage client work and produce deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and be able to develop and build client confidence.
• Assist and train junior staff; this includes assistance with solving problems and taking an active role in staff development.

• 3-5+ years' experience in public accounting, demonstrating a proven progression in complexity, scope, and research.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Licensed CPA or CPA candidate, helpful but not required.
• Capable of preparing and completing more complex projects.
• Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge necessary for advising clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat products.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills.
• Personable, respectful, and dedicated.
