Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Based in Radnor, PA, we specialize in high-quality real estate investments across various sectors. As a dynamic and growing organization, we offer a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where individuals can thrive and expand their professional impact. We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of a diverse property portfolio, preparing accurate and timely monthly reports, and contributing to the continued success of our platform. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow their responsibilities and career within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly close process for multiple assigned properties
• Prepare and post journal entries, adjustments, and accruals
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
• Track and manage tenant receivables
• Maintain balance sheet tie-outs and supporting schedules
• Process accounts payable, including vendor setup and invoice entry
• Review monthly P&L and perform variance analysis
• Prepare financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with lender and investor reporting requests
• Support year-end audits and additional accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
• 2–10 years of real estate accounting experience
• Familiarity with senior living properties is a plus
• Strong proficiency with Yardi (highly preferred)
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
