Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Our client is a real estate company. They seek a Property Accountant to join their White Plains, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Work on the month-end close process
• Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations
• Carry out other facets of operational accounting
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Property Accounting experience
• Motivated and a team player
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Skilled in MRI or Yardi preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
