Senior Accountant – On-Site | Dallas, TX | $75–85K + Bonus. We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing company in Dallas. This is a full-time in-office role offering career growth, stability, and the chance to make an impact within a fun and dynamic environment.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions with a focus on inventory management
• Oversee GL accounting and support AP/AR processes
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and process improvements
• Work in NetSuite to manage accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Strong background in GL, AP, AR, and inventory management
• Experience with NetSuite required
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Bonus: Discretionary, based on company & individual performance
