Staff Accountant - Growing Company/Exciting Industry

  • They are looking bring on a Staff Accountant to be responsible for general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations for entities across the organization

Overview Of The Staff Accountant Role

  • Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close, and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage and perform routine accounting functions such as journal entry preparation for revenue, AP, prepaid expenses and debt transactions
  • Work with finance and operations group to provide ad-hoc accounting reports
  • Provide support in preparing cash forecasts to analyze short and long-term liquidity requirements

Preferred Qualifications For The Fund Accounting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
  • 1-2 years experience in audit or general ledger accounting
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred
