$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Job Title: Cost Accountant

Location: Warsaw, IN (Fully Onsite)

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cost and margin analysis to support business decision-making and profitability tracking.
  • Maintain and improve standard costing systems and support product cost development.
  • Partner with finance and operations to support quarter-end close and audit preparation.
  • Split time between cost accounting tasks and supporting payroll and commission processes.
  • Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze data, track variances, and prepare financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5–7 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with margin analysis and general understanding of payroll and commission processes.
