$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Elkhart, IN (Fully Onsite)

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full cycle month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or mid-sized company environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems; detail-oriented and organized.
