Cost Accountant – Global Manufacturing
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support plant level and corporate finance operations through accurate cost analysis, inventory, and margin reporting. Plus look at ways to drive positive change through continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability across product lines
• Maintain and reconcile standard costs, BOMs, and labor rates
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor inventory accuracy and valuation
• Support month-end close and financial reporting with cost roll-ups and journal entries
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling for strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and global teams
