LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a management company looking for a Senior Accountant. This role will focus on GL and post acquisition integration of books. This team is fully remote and the role is open due to growth. The ideal candidate has experience with both of the above, a CPA, and large public accounting experience within audit of complex organizations.

Duties:

• Journal Entries
• Month/Year End
• Ensure GAAP Compliance
• Post Acquisition Integration
• Reconciliations
• ASC 718
• Assist with external audit requests
• Communicate data with other divisions and departments

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ progressive accounting experience, ideally Big 4 audit
• Bachelors in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Health, vision, dental, EAP, and PTO
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Fully remote
