Director of Finance & Accounting Placement

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)

Compensation: $100,000 + Unlimited PTO

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Senior Accountant who is ready to grow into future leadership roles. This position offers a unique chance to gain direct exposure to the C-Suite while contributing to a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate is eager to advance their career and take on increasing responsibilities, with a clear pathway to Controller or other leadership positions within the next few years.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and analysis across multiple departments
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and gain exposure to CAO, VP of Treasury, and other executives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Participate in special projects, including system/process improvements and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years total experience, which may include:
• 1 year in public accounting + 2 years in industry
• 2 years in public accounting + 1 year in industry
• OR 3 years straight public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• A desire to learn, grow, and step into a future leadership role
