About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing company based in North Scottsdale. They offer a collaborative environment and are looking to add a skilled Senior Accountant to their team to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborate with external auditors as needed
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
• CPA or CPA track preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
