  • Maintain accurate financial records and help streamline accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (experience in architecture, design, engineering, or construction is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (Ajera, QuickBooks, or similar a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can explain financial concepts across teams.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.

In addition to competitive pay, this role offers a robust benefits package, including:

  • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
  • ️ Life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
  • Access to supplemental Aflac coverage and FSA plan.
  • Family medical leave: Paid leave
  • 401(k) Plan (eligible after 1 month) with discretionary employer contributions.
  • Paid time off: 56 hours sick leave/year, plus vacation starting at 80 hours/year (increasing with tenure to 120 hours at 3 years and 160 hours at 7 years).
  • 8.5 paid holidays annually (9.5 during leap years).
  • Up to 40 hours PTO + reimbursement for professional licensing exams.
  • ️ A unique overseas retreat: every other year, staff are invited to spend a week at company-leased lodging abroad (travel at employee’s expense).

This is more than just an accounting job—it’s a chance to grow within a mission-driven firm that blends creativity with accountability. You’ll join a group that values work-life balance, professional development, and teamwork.
