Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and invoices.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
• Perform timely and accurate financial and accounting analyses.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software effectively.
• Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve accounting processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in an office environment is preferred.
