Senior Accountant

ONSITE full time

  • $90-115K + strong annual bonus
  • 3 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of sick time,
  • 401k employer contribution of 10%, safe harbor; employee can contribute what they want
  • 100% fully paid healthcare for your full family
  • Parking is free, secure, and plentiful
  • 40 hours per week routinely, no work during off hours

This job in a nutshell:

  • Job is 50% General Ledger –
  • Reconciliation, Accruals and Adjustments
  • Monthly Close and prep work for the financial statements
  • Help with the accounting for sub LLCs and JVs
  • Improvement to process, analytics, tools, use of current systems
  • Also 50% Accounts Receivables –
  • Review invoicing to recognize revenue and all details of invoicing
  • Create journal entries to post revenue to the GL
  • Collections (B2B) as needed

We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):

  • BS Degree in Accounting
  • 4+ Years of Accounting
  • Full scope General Ledger experience
  • AR Experience and working knowledge of Revenue Accounting
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and complex Excel capabilities
  • Strong communication, accountability, and consistency
