Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Processing ORS and 941
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Support financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Data Entry and Management:
- Enter financial data into accounting software accurately.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Support and Communication:
- Provide support to the finance team and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and vendors regarding financial matters.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MUNIS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
