Job Description

• Maintain high visibility to deter crime, answer questions, and handle minor issues courteously.
• Observe and report situations immediately via telephone, radio, or other means.
• Contact law enforcement or emergency services (call 911) for incidents like assaults, burglaries, injuries, fires, or other emergencies.
• Roles are categorized into Security Guard 1 (SG1) and Security Guard 2 (SG2), with SG2 requiring more technical skills, including operation of alarm systems and potential specialized training.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Operate in indoor or outdoor client sites.
• Require prolonged standing and walking.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
