We are looking for a hospitality-focused Security Guard/EMT to join our team. Salary up to $23/hr depending on EMT experience. EMT Certification required. Full-time, Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols inside and outside to ensure safety of residents, staff, and property
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls
• Maintain positive rapport with residents, families, and staff
• Assist with special security needs involving employees and visitors
• Document incidents and report to Facilities Director
• Keep entrances and exits clear and safe, including snow removal
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor, following priority guidelines

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified; EMT classification required
• Class D license a plus
• Available on short notice
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Able to follow instructions and perform basic math
• First responder/first aid training (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ year of security experience preferred
