Employment Opportunity
We are seeking Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting secure environments-whether at corporate offices, infrastructure hubs, or high-foot-traffic venues. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Follow allNike post ordersandsafety protocols.
Comply with health & safety guidelines (e.g., proper face coverings, agency-approved uniform).
Maintain aprofessional appearance and demeanorat all times.
Make sound decisions independently andrespond calmly under pressure.
Remain at your designated postunless otherwise directed.
Observe and respondpromptly to emergencies or suspicious activity.
Monitor, patrol, and safeguardNike assets, patrons, and facilities.
Escort athletesto and from their vehicles if requested.
Assist with line control and hazard awarenessas needed.
Stay alertand maintain constant awareness of your surroundings.
Report concerns or incidentsclearly and promptly to Store Leadership.
Maintaindetailed and accurate reports and recordswhen required.
Communicate professionallywith Nike leadership, team members, and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Valid California Guard Card
Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check
Valid Driver's License or State ID
Strong ethics, professionalism, and sound judgment
Intermediate computer and report-writing skills
Must hold or be able to obtain all legally required permits/certifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred
Licensing, Certifications & Requirements
Valid California Driver's License or State ID - Note : If driving is required for the post, a valid California Driver License is mandatory
CPR and First Aid certification (must be carried while on duty, we can assist with if needed)
Valid Guard Registration card
