Position Overview and Responsibilities:

This position works nights from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Pay includes a night shift differential of $1.00/hour, with additional details as per CBA.

• After 6 months, one week (40 hours) vacation is granted.
• Union membership is required as this is a federal enclave position.

Primary Duties:

• Provide "Life Safety" responses, including active shooter situations.
• Enforce security regulations and respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Secure crime scenes, perform crowd control, and conduct patrols.
• Complete reports and documentation.
• Manage access control, assist visitors, and operate security equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Possess or obtain a Florida D & G license and a 9mm semi-automatic pistol license.
• Pass background checks and obtain a SECRET clearance, with potential for TS/SCI.
