Position Details

Hourly Rate: $17.20

This position has a schedule of 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. or 11:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enforce all laws, rules, and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department.
• Perform alarm and patrol duties to protect life and property.
• Provide vehicle transportation support under supervision.
• Aid and assist visitors, students, and staff.
• Conduct building security and safety checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of security or law enforcement experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of riot and crowd control techniques preferred. Must maintain CPR/FA Certification and be able to operate office equipment and drive. Excellent communication skills are required.
