Responsibilities Of Security Guard - Tactical Flex Team

• Observe and survey the area; provide reporting on activity at assigned location
• Work indoors and outdoors in variable environments
• Provide rapid response in critical situations
• Read and write detailed reports
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Detain and search as required
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of Security Guard - Tactical Flex Team

• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings obtainable during hiring)
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least four to six years of security experience
• Must be 21+ years of age
• baton permit; OC spray permit; handcuff permit
• Willing to work at all sites in Silicon Valley
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
