What Youll Do
Experience as a Lead Teacher (6+ months) or Assistant Teacher (1+ year)
CDA, Associates degree, 90-Hour Preschool Certificate, or 6 ECE semester hours
A love for teaching through play, exploration, and hands-on learning
Energy, warmth, and a true passion for early childhood education

- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and lead exciting, developmentally appropriate activities (with minimal screen time)
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in every child
- Collaborate with a supportive team that feels like family
