Our client is a growing leader in early childhood education that is proactively building a pipeline of passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators for future Teacher roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour (commensurates with experience and education)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and development.
• Implement behavior management strategies to support positive classroom dynamics.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.

Experience

• A minimum of a CDA/TCC is required for all Lead Teacher roles
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
