The role involves delivering products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads and brings products into the store, and is responsible for rotating and stocking products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. Building displays and setting up promotional materials such as signage and banners are also part of the job. The driver generates invoices and handles daily settlement of cash and charges, with frequent interaction with store management.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases daily, ranging from 20-45 pounds per case. It also involves reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising, often in various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions.
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Build positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
