This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads and brings products into the store, responsible for rotating and stocking shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers. The role includes building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and settling cash and charges daily. Frequent interaction with store management is required.

This labor-intensive role requires lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours, along with reaching, squatting, and bending in various weather conditions. Long hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic maneuvers.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards.
• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks to move products.
• Build positive relationships with primary contacts at each account.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
