Position: Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver checks all products for accuracy and quality, delivers products to customers safely and courteously, and works as part of a team. Responsibilities include supporting the restaurant with workstation duties, complying with Papa John’s standards, and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare vehicles for delivery, learn the delivery area, verify order accuracy, and follow proper delivery procedures. Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions and act with urgency. Perform other duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
2. Work collaboratively with team members, support each other, arrive on time, and complete all shift duties including cleaning. Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive team environment.
3. Handle order paperwork and payments accurately, manage cash transactions, and use the FOCUS System. Support sales by suggestive selling and distributing door hangers. Keep work areas organized, safe, and clean, and always follow safety standards.

Key Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive
