Job Overview

This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to various retail locations, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores (average of 15-20 stops per day). Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store management is expected.

Physical Requirements

This role is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each). It involves reaching, squatting, bending, and delivering in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
  2. Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions and maneuvering in tight spaces.
  3. Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
  4. Merchandise and rotate products according to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated products.
  5. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products to and from trucks.
  6. Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account.
  7. Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations.
  8. Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
