Are you friendly, caring, and have a clean driving record?

Mobile Meals is seeking a part-time driver to deliver meals. You would use Mobile Meals’ vehicles and work 2-4 days per week.

Time commitment: 10 - 20 hours per week

Pay rate: $14.50 per hour

Reports to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect Mobile Meals vehicle each morning before driving and turn on the refrigeration unit.
• Load meal bags into the van, ensuring a bag for every client listed on the route sheet.
• Deliver bags, use ServTracker (tablet or phone) to obtain client signatures as required, and report Change of Condition and route completion.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues as needed. Perform light vehicle cleaning daily.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Maintain Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, drive, walk, and be outdoors in various weather conditions as needed to make deliveries.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a safe driving record are required.
• The organization requires a background check, which Mobile Meals will facilitate.
