What You’ll Be Doing

1. Delivering parts to our customers and developing relationships with them.
2. Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory.
3. Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries.
5. Building long-term relationships with customers.
6. Maintaining the store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
7. Performing other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage core/part returns appropriately.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and ensure safety.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions across the metropolitan area.
7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
