What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Deliver parts to customers, developing relationships along the way
  2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stockroom accuracy, and check inventory
  3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering
  4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
  5. Build long-term customer relationships
  6. Maintain the delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure)
  7. Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

  1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stand/walk for entire shifts, lifting up to 60 lbs
  2. Handle cash transactions correctly and process returns properly
  3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system
  4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and safety
  5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  6. Navigate using maps and directions across the metropolitan area
  7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  8. Valid Driver’s License
