What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers, developing strong relationships.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain inventory.
3. Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck, following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk all shift, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage parts returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions across the metro area.
7. Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
