NAPA Auto Parts is hiring: Store Delivery Driver in City of Lockport

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! Does being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day) excite you? While it takes some great people to serve our customers from the inside, our Driver jobs are for those who want to be outside serving our customers! What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checks, cleanliness, and basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you’ll need:

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, with stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift, lifting up to 60 lbs
• Handling cash transactions correctly and managing returns appropriately
• Maintaining a delivery log or tracking system
• Inspecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and safety
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
