Join our team and begin your future in FedEx Delivery TODAY with Atlas Express Inc, based in Redmond. We are hiring regular full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers to perform local residential and business deliveries. CDL not required. Earn between $1,000 and $1,500 per week. Paid training provided. Sign-on bonus: $250 after 1 month. Immediate hiring.


Responsibilities



  • Operate your vehicle safely at all times.

  • Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary, up to 150 stops per day.

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and check fluid levels.

  • Load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads.

  • Work independently and as part of a team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with the manager.

  • Accurately operate scanner and track the delivery process.

  • Ensure accurate disposition of deliveries and pickups; maintain integrity of delivery records.

  • Consistently complete each route in a timely manner.


Qualifications



  • Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

  • Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment.

  • Pass a DOT physical.

  • Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs, and up to 150 lbs with a hand truck.

  • Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.

  • Have reliable transportation to and from work; be on time and ready to work each workday.

  • Be able to climb stairs.

  • Be able to work in all types of weather.

  • Have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits



  • Weekly earnings: $1,000 to $1,500.

  • Sign-on bonus: $250 after 1 month.

  • Delivery Driver (non-CDL) sign-on bonus: $1,000.

  • Paid training covering delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
