RouteElite LLC is hiring: FedEx Delivery Driver in Billerica

Overview

Join our team as a FedEx Delivery driver with N2K Transit Inc, based in Billerica, MA. We are hiring regular full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers to perform local residential and business deliveries. CDL license is not required.

Compensation

Starting earnings range: $1,000 to $1,200 per week.

Sign-on bonus

• New hire sign-on bonus: $1,000 if the background check is completed within 24 hours, and the drug test and DOT physical are completed within 48 hours, with a successful road test.
• Eligible candidates will receive the bonus in three payouts: $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, and $500 after 180 days.
• Add-on bonus: Sunday availability is preferred but not required; new hires who can work Sundays may receive an additional bonus.

Note: Applicants must provide documentation showing the background check was completed within 24 hours and the screenings within 48 hours (e.g., a clinic report with the date of the test).

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens
• Pass a DOT physical
• Be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Have reliable transportation to and from work; be on time and ready to work each workday
• Be able to climb stairs
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle safely at all times
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences; routes may include up to 150 stops per day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and load/deliveries
• Work independently and as part of a team; provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately operate scanner and track delivery process
• Accurate disposition of package delivery and pickups is critical to our integrity
• Deliver the entire route in a timely manner

Training

Paid training will be provided that covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
