The Job

The Delivery Service Driver is essential to the success of Restaurant Technologies. Our drivers are CDL-certified, build strong relationships with food service customers, and provide a superior customer experience at every stop. As a Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic, 12,000-20,000 lb. GVW straight truck on an assigned local route to deliver products and serve as the first point of contact for customer needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Comply with internal processes, procedures, and all local and federal regulations including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
2. Maintain a safe and clean Commercial Driver’s License.
3. Deliver and pick up products by loading/unloading trucks, connecting hoses, filling stations, and checking tanks inside customer locations.
4. Verify log information and input data into iPhone applications, including hours of service and customer invoicing.
5. Communicate with customers to ensure service standards and expectations are met.
6. Service customer needs efficiently and professionally, and provide system training as needed.
7. Ensure no oil outs and accurately track and report each customer stop.

Schedule:

Weekend Warrior shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, starting at 3 am.

Two overnight routes: Friday to Saturday, Sunday to Monday.

Starting pay is $26/hour plus a $5/hour shift differential, totaling $31/hour, with excellent benefits and bonus potential.

Education, Requirements & Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. CDL Class A or B license with Tanker Endorsement.
4. At least 6 months of driving experience or recent graduation from a credited CDL school.
5. Meet Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
6. Ability to lift 50 pounds by hand.
7. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, reach, and climb ladders up to 20 feet high.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bilingual abilities.
2. Knowledge of hand tools.
