What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering parts to customers with a focus on developing relationships
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain inventory
• Maintain safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain the delivery truck with safety checks, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Flexibility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for entire shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Accurate handling of cash transactions and returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $20.00. Pay progression may be available; starting rate and progression depend on skills, experience, and qualifications. We value each team member’s contributions and encourage discussions during the interview process.
