NAPA Auto Parts is hiring: Store Delivery Driver in Culpepper

Overview

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that represents the NAPA brand. The role focuses on delivering parts to customers, building relationships, and serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while working outside the store environment. The position supports career growth within the company, whether as a driver or as a stepping stone to other roles, and offers additional income opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining the delivery truck with safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns accurately
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
