Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors by managing the front desk and buzzing in guests as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining organized records.
• Coordinate email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support efficient workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for basic document creation and communication tasks.
• Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic email management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational abilities for mail handling and scheduling.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
