Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Englewood, CO
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime may be requested with advance notice)
Job Overview:
Seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist to support a busy office environment in Englewood, CO. This role involves front desk duties, office support, and the opportunity to grow into more escrow-related tasks with training.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet customers and office personnel in a professional, friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
Monitor and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
Maintain and order office supplies
Handle deliveries or pickups to/from agents, attorneys, and clients (if applicable)
With training, additional duties may include:
Preparing earnest money receipts
Sending thank-you notes or opening letters to agents
Ordering listing kits or farm kits
Opening, sorting, and filing daily mail
Opening new escrow orders
Preparing payoff/assumption statement requests
Completing simple transaction close-outs
Other duties as assigned
Work overtime as requested with advance notice
Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably within escrow or real estate environments
Willing to learn escrow processes
Valid driver’s license may be needed for occasional delivery tasks
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
