We are seeking a motivated and caring Office Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Perform day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and updating records.
  • Maintain filing systems, records management, and sensitive documentation.
  • Use computer software, email, and in-house programs proficiently.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Past experience as a receptionist or office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Front desk experience.
  • Data entry capabilities.
  • Administrative support and clerical skills.
  • Customer service oriented.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month required. The work environment is service-oriented, focusing on honoring the legacy of loved ones in an expansive seventy-acre cemetery setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
