Responsibilities

• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team
• Greet all facility guests and direct calls and guests to the appropriate party
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe through knowledge, skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one year of experience in a customer service role is preferable
• Willing to invest in the right candidate
